Evening Baker - Buckleys Bakery
About The Position
Buckley's Bakery & Cafe is seeking a motivated full-time Evening Baker to prepare and bake pastries in their Merrimack, NH location. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for pastries to work the evening shift. This role is key to providing high-quality food to guests by following recipes, scaling, mixing, and baking pastries in accordance with procedures and health regulations. The baker will also keep stations clean and stocked, complete orders, and ensure timely presentation and finishing of food. The primary focus is creating fresh croissants, danish, scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls for the morning.
Requirements
- 2 Years of experience working in a commercial bakery
- Able to work weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Scale, mix, and bake pastries according to recipes, procedures, and health regulations.
- Keep stations clean and stocked.
- Complete orders.
- Ensure food is presented and finished in a timely manner.
- Create croissants, danish, scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls fresh for the morning.
