International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Evaluation Fellow for the Fall 2026 class to support the Global Measurement and Program Management team. This team is responsible for equipping IJM to design, implement, and measure the impact of its Justice System Strengthening projects. The Fellow will work on initiatives to develop a blueprint for evaluation management and to identify and engage potential evaluation consultants. Tasks may include developing an evaluation management blueprint, discovering and mapping potential consultancy firms, project managing ongoing measurement initiatives, and providing administrative support. This position is located in the Washington, DC area and can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). As a volunteer position, interns and fellows receive a monthly stipend, not an hourly wage.
