About The Position

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Evaluation Fellow to join the 2026 Fall class. The Fellow will support the Global Measurement and Program Management team, which is responsible for equipping IJM to design, implement, and measure the impact of its Justice System Strengthening projects. This team oversees policies and standards, leads critical initiatives, provides technical services, and offers capacity-building opportunities to teams across the organization. The Fellowship is designed to support initiatives focused on developing a blueprint for evaluation management and identifying and engaging potential evaluation consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Development of a blueprint for evaluation management
  • Discovery, mapping, and engagement of potential consultancy firms for mapping
  • Project managing ongoing measurement and program management initiatives
  • Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support
