About The Position
Help create a safe, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Our Environmental Services team plays an essential role in protecting patients, visitors, and fellow employees by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environments. We're looking for a dependable PRN Environmental Services (EVS) Aide to provide evening cleaning services at our outreach clinics in Wilson and Lucas. If you take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently, and want to make a meaningful difference in rural healthcare, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 required
- High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred
- Relevant previous experience preferred
- Reliable transportation between clinic locations

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain patient care and clinic areas, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general tidying.
- Disinfect surfaces using approved cleaning products and infection prevention practices.
- Complete periodic deep-cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and inviting environment.
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as ECMC policies and quality standards.
- Help ensure every patient and visitor experiences a facility that reflects our commitment to excellence.
