Gotion Inc. is seeking an EV Mobile Charging Sales Manager to drive sales in the North America market. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, communications, or other relevant field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales in the North America market.
  • Relevant customer contacts are preferred.
  • Track record of progressive sales growth of technical products in Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments.
  • Fleet, Auto OEM, and Auto Dealership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business trips or short-term concurrent residence.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data into meaningful results.
  • Clear logic, negotiation skills, and proven track record of motivating teams.
  • Mastered skills in handling internal and external relations.
  • Understanding of basic business etiquette.
  • Ability to independently receive customer visits.
  • English written and spoken communication ability.

  • Fleet, Auto OEM, and Auto Dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct sales, innovative marketing, and promotional tactics.
  • Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects, understanding product needs, coordinating internal resources, and targeting high-value strategic programs.
  • Lead business negotiations with customers and support the entire project lifecycle from early engagement to contract review and product delivery.
  • Thoroughly understand the company's product line, competitive landscape, and market demand, providing market feedback, VOC, and positioning products for success.
  • Lead quotations at each project stage, pricing products based on value proposition and competitive comparisons.
  • Participate in green energy industry exhibitions to gather the latest industry development information.
