The Eureka! Program Description is an intensive, five-year STEM program that builds girls’ confidence and skills through hands-on opportunities in math, science, technology, sports, and careers. Serving girls from grades 7th-12th, Eureka! aims to increase girls’ future options for academic achievement and careers, to encourage enrollment in college-bound math and science courses, to promote positive risk-taking, and to assist girls in developing networks of peers and mentors to support their future endeavors. We are currently seeking a Eureka! Coordinator who is passionate about the Girls Inc. mission and is excited to motivate more girls to consider STEM post-secondary and career pathways. The Eureka! Coordinator will support the development of year-round Eureka! programming through assisting in planning and implementation of monthly learning sessions, summer camp experiences, quarterly parent meetings, and internship opportunities for participants.
