About The Position

At Regions, the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data Development Program is an introductory program focused on developing an associate talent pool through hands-on work experience and exposure to different areas across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data. The Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data Development Program Associate allows newly hired, high performing college graduates to gain experience within the Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data organization developing their technical or analytical skills. Associates will develop a foundational knowledge of the functional areas across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data while also developing a core set of technical skills that will be critical for long-term success with the company. Associates will participate in a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Regions’ values. Associates will gain experience of the banking industry through participation in one of the following potential areas: Technology – Software Engineering Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure Cybersecurity Data & Analytics Financial Crimes Unit

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
Advanced technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively both orally and written
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Leadership skills
