ETL Test Lead with AZURE Cloud and Data bricks

Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Data Testing, ETL, Reporting, Data Automation skills.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in an onsite role, handling multi-vendor and multi-stakeholders at the client side.
- Experience in large data testing transformation programs (at least for 2 projects).
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Databricks, ADF, and BI Reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database testing across platforms including Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and other relational databases.
- Proven experience validating complex data transformations, aggregations, data migration processes, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous source-to-target validation.
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience using defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Quality Center.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to ETL test automation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Insurance domain experience (Home, Auto, Commercial etc.).
Nice To Haves
- Financial Data repo or Financials Data Hub and downstream General Ledger experience.
- Any automation data testing tool in the cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter data models and business processes.
- Data governance and data quality testing knowledge.
- Experience working in the Insurance domain.
- Relevant certifications in testing, data warehousing, or cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead large data warehouse and ETL testing initiatives.
- Validate data integration, data migration, data quality, and reporting solutions.
- Lead a testing team.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality data delivery across enterprise applications.
- Lead 6 to 10 offshore team members for multiple workstreams (minimum 3-5 workstreams, each with 1-2 people).
- Perform 50% lead activities and 50% hands-on responsibilities for the project.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders with minimal supervision from Capgemini as well as Vendors.
