Requirements

Minimum 5 years of work experience
Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL
Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load
Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter
Expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience
Unix Shell Scripting
High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
Ensuring service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and resolve complex challenges.
Analyzing project metrics and feedback to optimize resource allocation and performance.
Championing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation within the delivery team.
Supporting stakeholder engagement by communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively.
