About The Position

Responsible for developing data-driven solutions, including ETL processes and integrations. Reporting to the Lead, the ETL Developer will support the execution and enhancement of existing and new data-related initiatives.

Requirements

• College Diploma
• 2+ years experience in data development, ETL or data engineering roles
• SQL knowledge and experience with code development (Python, DAX, Javascript)
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and query development
• Hands-on exposure to designing, building, and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines
• Ability to translate business/user requirements into technical ETL design and development specifications
• Working understanding data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data quality control processes
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation such as data mappings, process flows, and transformation logic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills to engage with business users, analysts, and technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with exposure to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both project and operational support activities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Nice to have knowledge on demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
• Exposure to ERP and integrated enterprise application environments
• Exposure to enterprise tools such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, or similar planning and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration pipelines supporting reporting, financial metrics, and enterprise data flows
• Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance across all integration workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders for deployment, enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement of data solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across systems
• Provide support and share knowledge with fellow developers on ETL-related tasks and associated activities.
