About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ETL and AI Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in ETL testing, automation development, and the application of AI to quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks, and complex SQL queries, as well as a working knowledge of AI concepts like MCP, agentic AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, and prompt engineering. You will be responsible for the full software testing life cycle, including test planning, script writing, execution, defect tracking, and communicating test results within an Agile framework. An in-person interview is required, and local candidates are preferred.

Requirements

At least 7+ years of experience in ETL testing and automation development.
Minimum of 2 years of experience applying AI to quality assurance use cases.
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with Python, PySpark automation, and Databricks.
Proficiency in analytical functions and complex SQL queries.
Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic AI agents, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
Experience with regression testing for AI systems.
Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automation and functional test plans.
Knowledge of test methodologies and associated tools (JIRA, Xray, Confluence).
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile ceremonies.
