Ethics & Compliance Coordinator
About The Position
This position facilitates and participates in assisting the Ethics and Compliance senior leaders (e.g., Chief Compliance Officer) with compliance activities to ensure the organization adheres to applicable federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements in a healthcare organization. This position will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies, including those related to information privacy and security. In addition, the position will assist with designing controls and facilitate compliance communications, training sessions, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience in healthcare compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
- Experience in project management.
- Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular mental health and state regulations.
