About The Position

Responsible for coordination and oversight of Ethics programs and processes. Advise and support management in implementation of company code of conduct, and evaluating Ethics-related issues. Determine need for investigation of ethical concerns and either coordinates investigative action or conducts investigation. Conduct and support thorough and timely investigations within the LM Corporate and LM Aero Business Area guidelines. The investigations will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances; Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Provide timely guidance to management and employees on Ethics related matters. Document all case investigations and contacts within the COMET database per corporate and business area guidelines. Produce reports and presentations to support the Ethics organization and Aero management. Develop employee communications and conduct outreach to reinforce the Ethics Office mission. Monitor the performance of the organization under the Corporate Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and coordinate with Security, Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and other functions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies. Develop and monitor key measurements of programs, analyzes program activity/trends and presents reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Investigative report writing experience
  • Experience interacting with all levels of employees and management
  • Strong Data Analytics
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
  • Project management skills
  • Prior experience leading a geographically dispersed organization.
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
