About The Position

The ETF Operations Analyst will be responsible for core fund operational processes related to Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). This includes PCF file preparation, reviewing component stocks, quantities, and prices. The role involves processing ETF creation and redemption orders for the primary market, arranging settlement for these transactions (both cash and in-kind), and managing ETF unit settlements and relationships with Authorized Participants (APs). The analyst will also handle AP inquiries regarding ETF creation/redemption orders, act as an Index receipt agent for CNS ETFs, manage ETF rebalancing, and process ETF collateral and P&L calculations. A working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody is beneficial.

Responsibilities
