Under general supervision of the Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) Manager, the ETAM Facility Maint Controller monitors Board systems, facilities, and infrastructure to coordinate maintenance response by implementing best practices. This role serves as a liaison between Energy, Transportation & Asset Management, other departments, and contractors. Primary responsibilities include customer interactions, assessment, and formulation of response plans utilizing computerized business support systems at the airport. The controller acts as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and IOC and ETAM business functions, maintaining regular communications with contractors, tenants, Facilities Services Supervisors, Quality Control Technicians, and other key Airport personnel to ensure facilities and infrastructure compliance.
