About The Position
Plan A Technologies is looking for an ET Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will provide program leadership for Fusion / Platform integration initiatives. Drives the delivery of technical improvements, product implementations, and process and tooling enhancements foundational to both applications. This role is responsible for ensuring standardized execution across complex technical projects. Please note: You must have 5+ years of Technical Program Management to be considered for this role.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical programs in a cloud or platform environment.
- Understanding of enterprise-level integration initiatives, specifically involving Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
- Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles, technical risk assessment, and dependency mapping.
- Experience implementing or enhancing technical tools and processes to improve engineering efficiency.
- Ability to drive vision and accountability across multiple technical teams.
- Strong capability to assess technical risks and navigate complex dependencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical updates for senior leadership.
- High level of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have solid written and verbal English skills.
- Initiative and drive to do great things.
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical initiatives focused on Fusion and platform integrations.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of technical improvements, product implementations, and tooling enhancements.
- Ensure projects are executed using standardized methodologies to maintain quality and consistency.
- Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and assess technical risks to prevent project delays.
- Maintain effective and transparent communication with senior stakeholders, providing progress tracking and establishing clear accountability.
