The Manville School, a highly successful and reputable educational program, is seeking an ESY Speech-Language Pathologist for July 6 - July 31, 2026 (onboarding date: 6/23/2026). The Extended School Year (ESY) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides weekly activities centered on pragmatic language with the addition of receptive and expressive language components for K-11 students. The Speech-language Pathologist develops activities that are accessible to students based on their IEP accommodations. Students receive instruction on social communication skills such as nonverbal communication, perspective-taking, using a social filter, and observing the social landscape. The Speech-Language Pathologist then facilitates a small classroom group activity (8-11 students) to reinforce and help students apply learned skills in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
