About The Position
Waltham Public Schools is seeking motivated Paraprofessionals to provide support to students within our Substantially Separate ESY programs. Paraprofessionals work under the supervision of a Special Educator to ensure students can safely and effectively access their summer programming and maintain critical skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement academic curriculum and specialized interventions as directed by the lead teacher.
- Collect data on IEP goals and behavior, and assist in the implementation of individualized behavior plans.
- Assist students with all aspects of self-care, as required by individual student profiles.
- Provide active supervision during student transitions, arrival/departure procedures (bus/van duties), and general classroom activities.
