About The Position
This position is responsible for organizing safety training, conducting safety audits, researching and implementing new safety processes, analyzing accident reports, and preparing and conducting safety training sessions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry. Requirements
- Experience in construct and/or tree industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years’ experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry.
- Must meet I-9 requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- CTSP Certification preferred.
- Pesticide License Cat 6.
- Certification in all Company training modules.
Responsibilities
- Organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
- Visit job sites weekly to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, and material.
- Research and implement new materials handling processes and safety training.
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injuries.
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
- Review injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
