About The Position
Hill International is seeking an Estimator to join our East Coast team. The Estimator will develop construction estimates with supporting documentation, technical specifications, cost proposals, vendor/subcontractor quotes, market analysis, and other related documents to determine construction costs on all levels, from Program through Construction Documents.
