About The Position

Aeromechanical, a division of Hoffman and Hoffman, is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Estimator to use their analytical skills in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate excels in challenging environments, effectively utilizes available resources, has a strong attention to detail, and is willing to jump in and help the sales team. Requirements

2 or more years of work experience
Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Review plans and specifications.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
Provide pricing and product information to customers.
Collaborate with sales team and manufacturers.
Utilize AI estimating and take off software, web-based manufacturer selection tools, Microsoft Office Suite and other software to generate estimates and quotations.
Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues.
