About The Position

Kaizen Collision Center is seeking experienced Collision Repair Estimators for their Arvada and Northglenn locations. This is a full-time position with a high earning potential, offering up to 6% commission and the possibility of earning over $200,000. The company is looking for "producers" who can not only write estimates but also sell repairs, manage the entire repair process from analysis to delivery, and maintain strong financial awareness and closing ratios. The role requires managing a high-volume workload and ensuring smooth operations with technicians, parts, paint, and production teams to drive cycle time.

Requirements

• Collision repair estimating experience
• Strong sales and closing ability
• CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience
• Insurance and DRP knowledge
• Blueprinting and repair planning experience
• Understanding of OEM repair procedures
• Ability to manage multiple active repairs
• Strong production and financial awareness

Responsibilities

• Sell the repair and capture the job
• Write complete, profitable repair plans
• Perform thorough damage analysis and blueprinting
