About The Position

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team. This is a full-time position that has an hourly pay range between $25.00-$30.00, depending on experience with opportunity for a monthly bonus. Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Requirements

Insurance claims experience is required.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills.
Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
Follow established billing and collections procedures.
