Requirements

• At least 3 years of estimating experience (or strong roofing PM/superintendent background)
• Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems
• Great attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Put together accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing jobs
• Review blueprints and specs to plan out the best approach
• Use The Edge software to streamline your estimating process
• Keep everything organized in our internal systems
• Work closely with the team to hit goals and keep projects on track
• Share ideas to help us improve how we work
