We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating experience or relevant roofing project management background
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scope and materials
- Utilize The Edge software for estimating and template management
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
