About The Position

Fix Auto in Abbotsford is seeking experienced Estimators to join their busy team. The Estimator will play a key role in the collision repair process, leading customers through vehicle repairs. This involves examining damaged vehicles, documenting damage with pictures, writing accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to quickly develop rapport with people.
• The ability to make decisions and use sound judgment.
• Results-driven with exceptional planning, organization and execution skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma.
• A valid Driver’s License.
