Requirements
- Proficient in computer skills is required
- Automotive technician experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-starter

Nice To Haves
- Strong background in estimating and preferably in an automotive, dealership or body shop setting
Responsibilities
- Writing 90% of the estimates
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Schedules the flow of work in the shop
- Manages body shop technicians
- Visits customers
- Provides estimates for customers
- Inspects work done to ensure quality
- Opens and closes repair orders
- Generates purchase orders
- Provides customer service for department
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations
- Develops and communicates the company’s values, vision and mission
