Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits and phone conversations with customers to gather details about their needs and discuss budget ranges for projects typically ranging from two hours to two days.
  • Write clear and descriptive estimates, aiming for a turnaround time of under 24 hours between the site visit and estimate completion.
  • Communicate with Service Professionals and customers to explain necessary work and manage expectations regarding scope and costs.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following the "Mr. Handyman Way" process to create long-lasting customer relationships.
