About The Position

Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is a rapidly growing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, food equipment, and facility service company in the Carolinas. They are seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused Estimator / Project Sales Specialist to join their team. This role involves owning the entire sales process, from reviewing technician deficiencies to creating estimates, presenting solutions, following up, and closing sales. Commercial service or estimating experience preferred
HVAC, refrigeration, food equipment, plumbing, electrical, or construction estimating experience is a plus
Sales experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

Create Professional Estimates: Review technician recommendations and inspection reports, build accurate repair, replacement, and project estimates, price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and profitable.
Sell the Solution: Contact customers to explain recommended repairs, answer questions, provide professional recommendations, build trust, overcome objections, and help customers understand the value of repairs or replacements.
Follow Up: Proactively follow up on all outstanding estimates, keep estimates moving through the sales pipeline, track customer decisions, and update statuses.
Manage Deficiencies: Review technician-identified deficiencies daily, verify documentation, photos, and recommendations, prioritize urgent and safety-related repairs, coordinate with dispatch, parts, service managers, and technicians, and convert deficiencies into completed work.
Support Operations: Work closely with service managers and dispatch, coordinate equipment ordering when projects are approved, help improve estimating processes and profitability, and maintain accurate records within NetSuite.
