About The Position

Working at KHS&S as an Estimator/Project Manager involves utilizing your specific skills in Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco, and Plaster scope estimating. Exposure to Theme Construction estimating is a significant advantage. The role requires independent work to perform accurate quantity take-offs, develop cost estimates for labor, material, and equipment, complete bid packages, and prepare proposal letters. You will collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to define scopes of work for pricing. Additionally, you will create and maintain project files and folders, and potentially assist in the development and maintenance of estimating software databases, processes, and procedures. The work environment is within a comfortable office building, offering opportunities to interact with high-profile clients in the hospitality, entertainment, and medical industries, and contribute to large-scale commercial projects.

Requirements

Estimating skills specific to Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco, and Plaster scope.
Experience in Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word.
Ability to work independently with little/no assistance.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Theme Construction estimating.
On Center Software (Quick Bid) user experience.
At least 3 years of related experience.
A Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
