Requirements
- Estimating skills specific to Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco, and Plaster scopes.
- Experience in Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word.
- Ability to work independently with little to no assistance.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Theme Construction estimating.
- On Center Software (Quick Bid) user experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for metal stud, drywall, stucco, and plaster scopes.
- Develop cost estimates for labor, material, and equipment.
- Complete bid packages and prepare proposal letters.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to develop scopes of work for pricing.
- Create and maintain project files and folders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of estimating software databases, processes, and procedures.
