In this role, you will learn estimating, project coordination, organization, and product knowledge.

Requirements

High school diploma or trades/technical graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good mathematic skills
Analytical, comfortable with technical information
Able to make informed, reasoned decisions
Being able to work independently and with teams
Proficient with PC’s, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Responding to Requests for Bids and Proposals (RFB’s / RFP’s)
Understanding specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Soliciting bids from vendors
Negotiating purchase orders
Determining schedules
Preparing and following-up on proposals as it pertains to Fire Extinguishers / Cabinets
Coordinating with delivery
Pulling items from inventory
Coordinating with the warehouse
Organizing daily activities with minimal supervision, balancing both estimating and proposal activities along with field installations
Getting up to speed on the variety of products, accessories and applications
Continual learning of product details and their application
