Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret plans, specs, and bid documents
  • Build complete estimates for civil, foundation, and underground scope on power infrastructure projects
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for grading, excavation, concrete, trenching, conduit, and grounding
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to develop accurate pricing
  • Identify gaps, risks, and assumptions before bids are submitted
  • Help improve estimating tools, processes, and handoffs as the company grows
