This role combines estimating duties with general office administration. The Estimator/Office Administrator will be responsible for reviewing project requirements to prepare cost estimates, requesting quotes from vendors, and assisting in proposal preparation. On the administrative side, they will manage general office tasks, support project managers with documentation, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare basic cost estimates.
  • Request and organize quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and supporting documents.
  • Track bid deadlines and maintain estimating files.
  • Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Support project managers with documentation, reports, and data entry.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed).
