Responsibilities

Prepares cost estimations for projects and construction plans using customer supplied lists, customer elevations, and architectural plans.
Provides exceptional customer service for Kawneer’s clients.
Consults with internal teams, clients, sales reps, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Acts as a point-of-contact on phone inquiries with expectation of 100% response and customer assistance without frequently forwarding calls to other front-end employees.
