About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful in-home sales or high-end retail/luxury sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and closing high-value purchases.
  • Confident discussing financing options.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A belief that following a proven process creates better client experiences and better results.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help homeowners.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Residential HVAC sales or estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build Trust: Meet with homeowners, understand their comfort goals, and create an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
  • Present Every Option: Confidently present multiple system options—from premium comfort systems to budget-friendly solutions—along with financing options, allowing homeowners to choose what's best for their family.
  • Follow the Process: Complete accurate measurements, photos, documentation, comfort surveys, and debriefs that create a smooth installation experience and exceptional client communication.
  • Ask for the Sale: Professionally guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently ask for their business.
  • Collaborate as One Team: Work closely with our technicians, Mission Control team, installers, and leadership to deliver a seamless experience from the first appointment through installation.
  • Continue Growing: Participate in coaching, training, and ongoing development to sharpen your sales, communication, and product knowledge.
