A Division 8 Estimator is a professional who specializes in specifying, detailing, and coordinating all the door openings and hardware for a building project, ensuring compliance with codes for fire, life safety, and accessibility. They work with architects, contractors, and building owners to create hardware schedules and specifications for non-residential projects. These experts handle everything from basic hardware to complex systems like electrified hardware and fire-rated assemblies, providing unbiased support throughout the project. Industrial Commercial Supplies (ICS) provides building materials specifically for commercial and industrial projects in Atlantic Canada. We are dedicated to serving commercial contractors with specialty commercial products for the entire building envelope. We work with the best brands in the commercial building space for interior fit up, commercial roofing, foundation supplies, above and below grade membranes and coatings as well as the required tools and accessories.
