The Estimator Assistant will manage Salesforce data, maintain and create reports, handle bidding correspondence, submit bids, set up jobs, update contacts, process change orders and cancellations, and close out projects. This role also involves coordinating and preparing bid documents, training admin staff, and providing backup to the receptionist. The position requires the ability to understand architectural drawings or the aptitude to learn. Additional duties may be assigned by the Estimating Manager.
