About The Position
Leads development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program. Leads development and application of pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques. Leads business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing. Leads development of complex estimating and pricing methods. Develops complex pricing models. Leads the evaluation and development of complex business cases. Leads and performs complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.). Determines database requirements and identifies new data sources. Leads the development/application/maintenance of unique and non-unique rates and factors for estimating. Leads compliance activities, policy and procedure development, deployment of new systems/tools, training development/delivery and internal audits.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
