As a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2, your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. As a Pricing & Estimating Manager you will support the career development of a team of pricing analysts. You will be involved with pre-proposal strategic engagement, along with the management of proposals, ROMs and NTEs. You will ensure estimating system compliance and provide recommendations to leadership on pricing requirements, obligations and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
  • Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
  • Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
  • Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
  • Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review
  • Other duties as assigned
