About The Position

The Corporate Estimating and Pricing Development Program is an outstanding opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in an exciting industry. This program is a great way to accelerate your career while helping organizations worldwide communicate more effectively with their customers. During our two-year program, Associates will gain an understanding of RRD and the role that estimating and pricing play through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program will consist of four rotations which will prepare the participant for a successful and rewarding career in Estimating/Pricing. The rotations will be in our Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups. Associates graduate from the program in two years and ideally move into an Estimating/Pricing role on the team. This is an entry-level opportunity for hard-working, motivated team players with enthusiastic candidates with excellent problem-solving and communication skills who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on experience in every facet of our company.

Requirements

Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience with estimating costs, margins, or markups.

Responsibilities
