About The Position

The Corporate Estimating and Pricing Development Program is an outstanding opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in an exciting industry. This two-year program is designed to accelerate careers while helping organizations worldwide communicate more effectively with their customers. Associates will gain an understanding of RRD and the role that estimating and pricing play through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program consists of four rotations in Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups, preparing participants for a successful career in Estimating/Pricing. Upon graduation from the program, associates ideally move into an Estimating/Pricing role on the team. This is an entry-level opportunity for hard-working, motivated team players who are enthusiastic, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and are ready to gain hands-on experience in every facet of the company.

Requirements

A Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with estimating costs, margins, or markups preferred.

Responsibilities
