Esthetics Director
About The Position
We are seeking a Director for our Esthetics Department that is a Licensed Esthetician; results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics and training! Our ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented and a leader. They have the ability to collaborate with management and vendor representatives to coach and support others on the team. This is a LEADERSHIP BASED ROLE! Candidates are REQUIRED to be a team player, licensed in NC for Esthetics, exceed sales goals, carry liability insurance, flexibility to travel for trainings and seminars!
Requirements
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Adhere to vendor and corporate protocols
- Liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
- Weekend availability
- Exceed sales goals
- Flexibility for training
- Ability to direct and collaborate with peers, vendors and colleagues
- Monthly support calls
- Aid and support fellow Estheticians in maintaining sales goals
- Licensed and worked in the industry for a MINIMUM of 3 years
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to travel for seminars and trainings
- Licensed in NC for Esthetics

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Train and collaborate with the Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage stock and inventory
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- Flexibility with training hours
- Meet our company requirements for ELITE status within 90 days of employment
