Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa is seeking a passionate Esthetician to join their team. Hiatus is a growing spa company with multiple locations in Texas, known for its unique pricing, innovative spa subscription model, and commitment to using products with real, green ingredients and a high-touch philosophy. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience, 2 years preferred in a spa or med spa environment with an emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.
- Active Texas Cosmo or Esthetician License required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability on weekends and evenings.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience preferred in spa or med spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to members and guests with a friendly and nurturing attitude.
- Perform consistent and professional therapeutic services, adhering to Hiatus' five points of difference for all esthetic treatments.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product usage and provide customized client recommendations to achieve monthly retail sales goals.
- Embrace and promote the Hiatus mission, philosophy, culture, and high expectations.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of regular esthetic treatments to guests, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and home-care products.
- Build and maintain a regular clientele, while promoting member referral and guest programs.
- Maintain a clean and uncluttered treatment room, replenishing supplies and preparing the room for the next service at the end of each shift.
- Remove or restock laundry as required.
- Clean and sanitize copper foot basins.
