About The Position

Woodhouse Spas is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join their team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being. This is a part-time position, with 25-32 hours per week, and Sundays are required. The role involves performing exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences is crucial. The Esthetician will also maintain a clean and organized work area, utilize salon software, and work collaboratively with team members and management. Compliance with all company policies and procedures, regular attendance, and good judgment are expected. The role also requires the ability to educate clients, offer solutions, and recommend homecare products, while maintaining strong retail sales performance.

Requirements

Active NC State Esthetician License required
Minimum of 3 years Esthetician experience required.
3 or more years of experience with facials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay the best in their profession.
Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
Proven track record for retail sales
Must be able to sit and bend over for most of the day
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to perform multiple services during shift

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations.
Utilize salon software to manage client information.
Works well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
Exercises good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals.
Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions.
