Part Time Esthetician for Wellness Studio
About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness, a leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness therapies, is opening its first studio in the Eugene-Springfield area. This studio offers comprehensive services for recovery, longevity, and optimization, including skin health, IV therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared sauna. We are seeking an outgoing and ambitious esthetician to join our team, augment our Lead Esthetician, and build a practice focused on helping clients feel better so they can do more of what they love. We offer a holistic and integrated approach to body and skin health, where clients often use esthetic services as part of a broader wellness strategy. The role involves working approximately 3 days a week (Sunday through Tuesday), with availability for coverage and weekend work as needed. As a Restore Esthetician, you will guide clients in achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to innovative wellness modalities that complement esthetic services.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician
- Experience or certification in using Neveskin equipment is not required (paid training provided).
- Excellent facial technique and client interaction skills.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends (studio is open 7 days a week).
- Confident and comfortable with selling solutions to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Some standing and lifting required.
- Ability to embrace a team environment and excel at working independently.
- Belief in health, wellness, and longevity therapies and modalities.
Responsibilities
- Perform Hydrafacials, Neveskin, Chemical Peels, and other esthetic and body services.
- Conduct thorough consultations for Neveskin and esthetic treatments.
- Sell esthetic services and related products to members and new customers.
- Cross-sell complementary services available at Restore.
- Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products offered to clients.
- Work with clients on achieving their skin health goals.
- Introduce clients to innovative wellness modalities that can enhance esthetic services.
