About The Position

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. Specific responsibilities include: Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time. Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication. Helping to manage schedules/appointments of associates. Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation. Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail. Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.

Requirements

• Current and valid State Esthetics license required
• Must have 3 years of Esthetics experience
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
