About The Position
Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. This is a part-time opportunity. Shifts will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays & weekends.
Requirements
- Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin.
- Sunday availability required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare
