Requirements

Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
2 years minimum esthetician experience
Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred
Passion for skincare, wellness, and guest service
Strong retail and client relationship skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Evening and weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments.
Deliver consistent, results-driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques.
Customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals and needs.
Educate guests on long-term skincare and wellness routines.
Provide luxury-level hospitality and customer service.
Help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit.
Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members.
Recommend professional skincare products and home-care routines.
Meet monthly retail and performance goals.
Promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services.
Encourage guest referrals and repeat visits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room.
Prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies.
Assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins.
