You'll have the opportunity to build and grow a loyal skincare clientele, receive hands-on facial and skincare training, expand your knowledge and confidence as an esthetician, educate clients on skincare and home-care recommendations, work alongside a supportive front desk and leadership team, be part of a collaborative, positive studio culture, help shape and grow our developing skincare program, and build a long-term career within Elements Massage.

Requirements

• Must have completed, or be in the process of completing, an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program
• Must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, to provide facial services in the state of California
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients
• Client-focused, professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Enjoys working in a positive, collaborative, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous facial or spa experience is a plus, but not required
